WALK IN THE LIGHT OF THE LORD

Walking in the light of the Lord is allowing him to make decisions for you. God will always make decisions for you based on sound judgment making you productive in worthy endeavors than venturing into conflicts.

O house of Jacob, come, let us walk in the light of the LORD. -- Isaiah 2:4-5

Light shines through the darkness for the upright; he is gracious and merciful and just. Well for the man who is gracious and lends, who conducts his affairs with justice; he shall never be moved; the just man shall be in everlasting remembrance. -- Psalm 112:4-6

PROPHECY

The light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day when the LORD binds up the hurt of his people, and heals the wounds inflicted by his blow (Isaiah 30:26).

And there was a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phan'u-el, of the tribe of Asher; she was of a great age, having lived with her husband seven years from her virginity, and as a widow till she was eighty-four. She did not depart from the temple, worshiping with fasting and prayer night and day (Luke 2:36-37).

10 The Lord was pleased to crush him in infirmity. If he gives his life as an offering for sin, he shall see his descendants in a long life, and the will of the Lord shall be accomplished through him. 11 Because of his affliction he shall see the light in fullness of days; through his suffering, my servant shall justify many, and their guilt he shall bear. (Isaiah 53:10-11)

Passing through Test and Trials

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shined. -- Isaiah 9:2

Burning the candle at both ends for God's sake may be foolishness to the world, but it is a profitable Christian exercise-for so much better the light. Only one thing in life matters. Being found worthy of the Light of the World in the hour of His visitation. We need have no undue fear for our health if we work hard for the kingdom of God; God will take care of our health if we take care of His cause.
